More about shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 business days (not including weekends) after receipt of payment with the exception of some items that have longer processing times and are shipped via Registered post with tracking and drop-off with signature - delays sometimes happen. If you prefer express delivery by DHL or Parcelforce/EMS, you will have that option in the checkout process. The default delivery method is registered post, which is free.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected. All items are thorougly tested and go through a quality checklist procedure before being sent out.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
 Shipping fees are automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page where you will be offered shipping method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after receiving your payment.
